Police officers in Annan are investigating the theft of a large quantity of tools from a building on the Creca Industrial Estate in Annan. The theft happened sometime between Tuesday 15 and Friday 18 August 2017. The tools included an air compressor, a chainsaw, two angle grinders, a Makita saw, three routers, a Worx jigsaw and other plumbing equipment. The total value of the theft isn’t yet know however will run to thousands of pounds.
Constable Natalie Wilson at Annan said “we are keen to hear from anyone who may have been or around the Creca Industrial Site between Tuesday and Friday of last week, particularly if they saw or heard anything suspicious. A vehicle must have been used in the commission of this crime and again we would be interested in hearing about any vehicles seen in or around the site over this period. callers can contact police at Annan on the 101 number.
