The Rotary Club of Kirkcudbright Golf Tour took place from 14th to 16th April. Twenty one golfers tackled a blustery Stranraer on the Monday followed by an equally difficult Dunskey Golf Club on the Tuesday. The Pete Rickard Trophy being decided on the Wednesday at Wigtown County Golf Club, with a storming finish by Peter Wimbush to leave the other competitors in his wake.
Three glorious days of golf, with curling and bridge in the evening, then the stories of what might have been.
