Dumfries and Galloway Road Policing Officers seized cannabis plants with an estimated street value of £148,000 when they stopped a northbound car on the A74(M) road near to Greenhillstairs yesterday, Wednesday, November 11th.
A 55-year -old man from the Manchester area was arrested and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
