POLICE from Lockerbie are appealing for witnesses after a report that approx 66 sheep were stolen from a farm near Moffat during the month of October.
The sheep all had a yellow and blue tag, yellow to the back of their head and were 2 years old.
A police spokesperson said “If you live nearby and saw someone acting suspiciously at some point during the month of October or you have any information in relation to this incident that may assist officers with their enquiries, please phone 101 and quote reference 2554 of 27th October.”
