POLICE in Dumfries are appealing for witnesses following a road rage incident which occurred within Dumfries town centre between 6am and 6:10am on Monday 17th October 2022.
A police spokesperson stated ” Adark coloured vehicle followed a van at high speed from the Laurieknowe area, around Dumfries town centre and along Glasgow Street towards the Cuckoo Bridge Retail Park.
