The Haill Six Incorporated Trades of Kirkcudbright held the annual Kirkin’ of the Deacon Convener on Sunday.
Members of the Trades were joined by Councillors Andy McFarlane and Dougie Campbell, Irvine Incorporated Trades and York Cordwainers.
The company proceeded along the High Street, led by Pipe Major Glen Cunningham to Sunday worship in the Parish Church. Deacon Convener Ian D. Swan was selected as Deacon Convener at the Annual General Meeting last week.
