Since 2013 Cunninghame Housing Associations award winning Lemon Aid Fuel Poverty Advice Service has provided assistance to over 30,000 people with their energy related problems, and benefited those home energy users by over £4.5million.
This FREE & IMPARTIAL service is available to residents right here in Dumfries & Galloway and you DO NOT have to be a tenant of Cunninghame Housing Association to access help.
Lemon Aid can provide help by way of an emergency fuel voucher if you are off supply. They can also assist in reconnecting supplies, reducing debt and provide an advocacy service working directly with suppliers on your behalf and can also help you apply for any available energy grants and funding and assess if you qualify for any support relating to energy efficiency improvements.
