A second teenaged man has been charged as part of the ongoing investigation into the murder of 56-year-old Annan man, Paul Taylor.
Marcus Goodfellow, aged 19, of Greystone Road, Carlisle has been charged with assisting an offender.
He will appear at North Cumbria Magistrates court on 5 April 2024.
Two other suspects previously arrested remain on police bail. All others have been released without charge.
