51 year old Michael Anderson from Dalbeattie has been named by Police Scotland as the victim of a fatal car crash on the A701 Dumfries to Moffat Road near Beattock yesterday February the 22nd 2016.
Michael was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident, a 33year old man who was in the other vehicle involved is currently in Dumfries Royal Infirmary with Serious injurys.
