The sun shone on the regions Young Farmers last Sunday’ 23rd April at the regional YFC annual Rugby 7’s competition, held at Wigtownshire Rugby Club.
The sunny weather helped bring a great crowd to support the 6 boys’ teams and 3 girls’ teams competing for their chance to play at National YFC Rugby 7’s held in May.
Despite many of the boys feeling worse for wear, Machars had a very successful day winning all of their games! They now look forward to competing at Nationals at Biggar on Sunday 7th May, alongside Stranraer and Rhins who came second.
