The organisations new sister site in Dumfries will host the same capacity as their Lockerbie operations and create more opportunities for local drivers and a sustainable future for the organisation. Their new prime location, near Nithcree Training also expands their training opportunities for new drivers looking to start their career in the industry.

Houston’s Coaches started as a small family run business back in 1975 and have become one of the regions most trusted employers. They have depots in Lockerbie and Biggar and now Dumfries and they are a second-generation family run business with over 60 employees and a strong fleet of around 40 vehicles.
Their council contracts cover from Gretna and Moffat to Kirkcudbright and Edinburgh. As well as managing many of the school bus runs across the region. They also offer day trips across the UK with destinations like York to Pitlochry giving local people the opportunity to explore the UK in comfort.
Houston’s also offer coaches for small excursions right through to weddings, day trips and large parties.
