Gretna Green the family-owned, wedding, hospitality, retail, and experience destination is thrilled to announce that its two hotels, Gretna Hall Hotel and Smiths Hotel, have been named as finalists in Scotland’s Prestige Hotel Awards 2023.
The Prestige Hotel Awards, which recognizes excellence in the hospitality industry, has shortlisted the two Gretna Green hotels based on their outstanding service, exceptional amenities, and overall guest experience.
Gretna Hall has been shortlisted for the Prestige Hotel Awards in three categories. Firstly, it is a finalist in the category of Scotland’s Best 3 Star Hotel, secondly in the category of Scotland’s Best Team, and thirdly in the Best General Manager category.
Smiths Hotel, is also a finalist in the Prestige Hotel Awards, competing for the title of Best 4 Star Hotel in the South of Scotland.
The winners of the Scottish Hotel Awards will be announced on 23rd April 2023, at a gala ceremony in Glasgow. Gretna Green are looking forward to the event and hope to bring back the trophies that will truly highlight how magnificent Smiths Hotel and Gretna Hall Hotel are.
