Cast members of Dumfries Musical Theatre Company are busy rehearsing for the ‘The Baker’s Wife’ and The Little Bakery are providing some authentic props.
19th – 26th November 2022 at 7.30pm, with a matinee at 2.30pm on Sunday 20th November.
Local baker Kerr Little is providing fresh bread and bakery props for the show.

The bickering residents of a rural village in Provence, France in 1935 have been without a baker for seven weeks. They finally find peace and contentment in the new baker, Aimable, and his attractive young wife, Genevieve. However, when Genevieve is lured away by a handsome young chauffeur, the middle-aged baker loses all zest for life and baking.
