Bunbury Banter Theatre Company are delighted to announce that Glasgow-based screen and stage actor, Sally Reid, has joined their production in the lead role of Elspeth.
Sally’s is known across for TV screens for her appearances in RIVER CITY and four series of BBC Scotland’s SCOT SQUAD. Sally was nominated for Best Actress at the annual CATS Awards in 2013.
Words Live is a reading of thank you letters from then and now, curated from the archives of the Dumfries Museum and through submissions by people across Dumfries & Galloway. Bringing together the words and lives of over a century and a half of Dumfries & Galloway residents, Words Live is a testament to magic of language and the enduring impact of giving thanks.
This collection of letters will take centre stage as the company bring them to life in a concert of voices; creating a space that brims with joy, laughter and the meaning found in sharing our gratitude together.
