Sample the work of more than 90 artists and makers from Scotland’s premier visual art and craft open studios event
Spring Fling’s flagship exhibition will include work by 93 artists and makers taking part in Scotland’s leading contemporary visual art and craft open studios event.
The annual exhibition allows the public to sample pieces by nearly all those who have been selected to take part in the main open studios weekend from 23-25 May.
Spring Show Art, Food and Drink is a partnership with the McGill Duncan Gallery, Castle Douglas and takes place from 27 March to 23 April.
There will be a special preview which is free for the public to attend on Thursday, 26 March from 6pm to 8pm.
Leah Black, Spring Fling Director, said: “The McGill Duncan Gallery is a fabulous place and we it’s a great pleasure to be working with them to stage our annual flagship exhibition.
“It’s a chance to get a taste of all the wonderful visual art and craft which visitors can discover when they tour the region during our open studios weekend.”
