A free event for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) will take place in Dumfries next month.
Living with MS will give people affected by the neurological condition and their family or friends the chance to hear inspiring talks and also connect with others living with MS.
Taking place at Easterbrook Hall on Friday September 14, the event will also provide interactive workshops. Attendees can look forward to being energised by joining in with yoga and seated ballet as well as finding out about bullet journaling and how to manage fatigue.
On the day, accessible ‘e bikes’ will also be available to try out on the stunning grounds of Easterbrook Hall.
Acclaimed neurologist and MS specialist Professor Siddharthan Chandran will also be speaking about the latest updates in MS research.
MS affects more than 11,000 people in Scotland, and can affect how a person thinks, feels and moves.
