A 39 year old man and a 27 year old man were arrested by Proactive CID officers in Dumfries yesterday after they were found to be in possession of a large quantity of drugs.
The drugs tested positive for heroin and cannabis with the estimated street value being approx £18,820 (heroin) and £370 (cannabis).
Both men were later charged with being concerned in the supply of the controlled drugs.
They remained in Police custody and appeared at Dumfries Sheriff Court this morning.
