Police are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision which happened in the High Street in Moffat at around 1205 hours on Wednesday 6 April 2016. At that time a black coloured VW Polo car was in collision with an 83 year old woman pedestrian outside the Bank of Scotland building in the town. The woman was knocked to the ground by the impact however was not injured and was able to carry on with her business. The driver of the car stopped at the time.
