Police Scotland report that cannabis with a value of around £29,000 was recovered from a southbound car on the A74(M) at Ecclefechan just after 5pm on Monday 12 March 2018 by officers from the Trunk Roads Policing Unit.
A 28 year old man from Rochdale has been arrested. A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
