Julie Rankin is a police constable based at Annan police station and a couple of years ago she organised a mini Highland games event and raised £1114 for Macmillan cancer care in memory of my mum who sadly passed away in September 2007 after only a short illness.
Julie Told DGWGO “Due to the success of that event I have decided to enrol the help of some of my colleagues and organise another Highland games event this time it is much bigger.
