S6 pupils and staff at Dumfries Academy have come together to sing a version of Wizzard’s 1973 hit “I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday” to raise money for Glencaple-based charity Nith Inshore Rescue. They hope to raise over £200 for the charity.
With planning beginning in October, S6 pupils voted for the song and chose the charity themselves. Recording of the song and video took place over two weeks at the start of December.
