Nith Inshore Rescue – Annual Open Day: This Saturday 11 July 2015
The crew of Nith Inshore Rescue will hold their annual open day at the Caerlaverock Boat House this Saturday 11 July from 2:00pm to 6:00pm
As well as the lifeboat “St John” and various rescue equipment on display the event will be attended by HM Coastguard, Scottish Fire & Rescue Service from Dumfries Community Fire Station, St Michael’s Services and a large number of motorcyclists, who will complete their annual charity run at the boat house.
The event will also include the official naming ceremony of the new inland rescue boat “Cauley” at 16:00,
A barbecue, refreshments and bouncy castle will also be available to enjoy
The public are welcome to attend the event and take part in the open day and allow Nith Rescue to share in thanking all who have kindly donated to our service in the past.
