At 10.15 am on Saturday the 14th of Match 2020, volunteers from the Galloway Mountain Rescue team, were mobilised by Police Scotland to assist in the evacuation of 2 lost walkers in the Loch Bradan area in South Ayrshire.
The walkers were located and supported off the hill by Team Members.
The Team Land Rover, based in Newton Stewart Located the pair, who needed assistance, and transported them to Safety.
Additional team assets from Castle Douglas were called out to help in the evacuation but were stood down once they had been found.”
