TWO Dumfries and Galloway community safety Officers on litter patrol– Gail Pickett and Steven Newton bumped into Hollywood star Gerard Butler in Portpatrick last week.
The Officers were out on a routine inspection in Portpatrick last week and took the chance to be pictured with Scottish Hollywood movie star Gerard. D&G Community Safety officers patrol the entire region in a bid to put a stop to littering, fly tipping and dog fouling.
Gail and Steven Said “We can report Gerard put his can in the bin when he finished – so no fine was given to this particular star.”
