The Haill Six Incorporated Trades of Kirkcudbright held the ancient ritual of Kirkin’ the Deacon Convener on Sunday morning.
Pipe Major Ian Weymss and Deacon Convener Ian D. Swan led the procession through the ancient High Street to the Parish Kirk for morning worship.
The Trades were joined by Irvine Incorporated Trades, Kirkcudbright Cornets Club, MSP Finlay Carson and Provost Garbutt.
