Nithsdale Area Committee to go Hashtag Happy next week
Dumfries and Galloway Council’s Nithsdale Area Committee will be hosting a Young Person themed Community meeting at the Oasis Youth Centre on Tuesday, November 10 at 6.30pm.
This is a brilliant opportunity for young people to get their voices heard by Councillors. To participate in the meeting, young people can either pose their questions to Elected Members through Twitter and Facebook using #NACYOUNGPEOPLE, by watching through the live stream or by attending on the night.

Chairman of Nithsdale Area Committee, Councillor Ted Thompson said;
“I encourage young people in Nithsdale to get involved in this opportunity. For the first time we are using social media to ensure that as many young people as possible can get involved from across Nithsdale and I am excited to hear what young people have to say.”
