Police Scotland is appealing for help to try and trace a missing man from Dumfries. Andrew McKie, 53 years of age from Kirkland Place in the town left home around 1130 hours on Monday 29 August 2016 and hasn’t been seen since.
Concerns are growing for the welfare of Mr. McKie and police describe him as being 6’1” tall, slim build with short dark hair.
When he was last seen he was wearing a dark green fleece, black and white tracksuit bottoms and black trainers. Anyone who knows of Mr. Mckie’s whereabouts, or anyone who may have seen him over the past 24 hours is asked to call Police Scotland on 101.
