POLICE SCOTLAND are warning that all commercial and Retail Shops across the region should be aware after a report that on Sunday the 2nd of February 2020, 2 men of Asian appearance attempted to buy goods using someone elses card in Dalbeattie.
A police Spokesperson said “Instead of entering the pin on the keypad; they press Menu, enter another number causing a printout, which they sign.”
