Police Probe Theft Of £1300 Worth Of Garden Ornaments – Dumfries

POLICE OFFICERS in Dumfries have received a report of a theft of approx 23 garden ornaments from an address in Burntscarthegreen, Locharbriggs,  between 1 am and 2 am this morning.

A Police Spokesperson stated “Some of these ornaments were big and would have been heavy to life meaning it’s possible that more than 1 person was involved and likely a vehicle was used to transport the ornaments.
The ornaments are worth approx £1,300 in value.
Do you have CCTV cameras or a Dash-cam and live in the immediate / surrounding areas?
If you do, can you please review the footage to see if there is any suspicious activity of persons or vehicles captured between the times provided.
