Road Crash – Lochmaben
A two vehicle road crash happened on the A709 at the entrance to Burnside Farm, Lochmaben, at around 1435 hours on Monday 27 April 2015. A Suzuki Swift car being driven by a 59 year old man from Lockerbie was in collision with a Ford Ranger being driven by a 33 year old man from Lochmaben. Both drivers were released from their vehicles and conveyed to Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary as a precaution due to both having neck and back pains. No serious injury was suffered. Police are seeking witnesses to the incident and ask anyone who may have seen the crash to get in touch through 101 if they can help.
