POLICE SCOTLAND are looking for assistance from members of the public who may have witnessed a reckless conduct incident which occurred about 2315 hours on 17th July 2021 possibly near to Amisfield Primary School.
Circumstances are a laser pen was shone at a Search and Rescue helicopter which was flying over Amisfield at the time. Fortunately on this occasion the pilot of the air craft was not affected by this reckless act.
Police request that anyone who may have information or who may have been in the area at the time please call 101 quoting crime reference number PDG0152620721 and ask to speak to PC Lyons.
