Donald Clanachan is the proud owner of a brand new car after winning our end of season raffle.
From those who enter our weekly delux draw, ten numbers were chosen at random and shortlisted for the chance to drive off in the Suzuki supplied by Border Cars. Mr Clanachan’s number was the one drawn by manager James Fowler.
Mr Clanachan who was joined by his wife as the draw took place, was “over the moon, chuffed to bits” as he accepted the prize.
The family are on a lucky streak, as Donald’s wife Nancy recently won a competition, which gives them use of a Massey Ferguson tractor for six months.
Throughout the season, by playing the delux draw, priced at £2 a week, there’s chances to win daily prizes of £25 and £50 as well as a weekly prize of £500. Once a month one lucky player will receive a cheque for a £1,000 with the Christmas draw amount rising to £3,000 and of course at the end of every season a lucky entrant will drive away a car.
