Police Scotland reports that their joint investigation into the tragic fire at the popular ‘Little Italy’ Italian restaurant on Moffat Road, Dumfries has found no suspicious circumstances to the cause of the blaze.
A Statement from the Dumfries Police department Said “At 1300 hours on Monday 4th September 2017, a joint fire investigation was carried out at the Little Italy restaurant, Moffat Road, Dumfries.
This joint fire investigation and a review of CCTV found there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding this fire.”
Although no one was hurt in the fire, the blaze left the building in ruins. In A post on the Little Italy Facebook page last night, September the 5th 2017 Rab McAleese restaurant owner stated
