From Tuesday 17th March, Theatre Royal Dumfries is postponing all shows until 21st May 2020. This is in order to avoid contributing to the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, and in line with the UK and Scottish Government advice.
We have been monitoring the situation closely and are following the advice given. The safety of our staff, volunteers and visitors is our top priority. We are hoping to reschedule shows planned to take place between now and 21st May and will be getting in touch with all affected customers. At this time, we are hoping to be able to offer you tickets to the rescheduled show or a credit note or refund. We are working together with promoters to make this happen as quickly as possible, but this will take time so please do bear with us.
We apologise, but our Box Office will NOT be open during this time and we will not be able to answer calls or respond on social media. This is so that we can get in touch with our customers as quickly as possible – not because we don’t wish to talk to you.
