Theft of cosmetics – Thornhill
Hundreds of pounds worth of L’Oreal and Olay cosmetics have been stolen from Boots Chemist, East Morton Street in Thornhill. The thefts have taken place on Friday 4 September, Thursday 24 September and Saturday 10 October 12015. The cosmetics consist of moisturisers, serums and anti-aging products and are valued at over £300.
Constable Hayley Mckerlie of Police Scotland at Thornhill said “we want to hear from anyone who uses this chemist shop to get in tough if they have seen or heard anything suspicious over the past weeks. It appears that those responsible have targeted the cosmetics area in the premises and anyone who has any information which might help us should call us on 101.”
