Two 19-year-old men from the Carlisle area who were arrested on suspicion of murder earlier this week have been released on police bail as investigations continue.
Detectives are working round-the-clock to find Paul, who has not been seen since October 17 after leaving his home in Annan, Scotland – with this remaining a key focus of the investigation.
Officers continue to appeal for the public’s help with this enquiry.
We are particularly keen to seek any information about Paul’s movements or the movements of his car – a blue Vauxhall Corsa, registration PY18 DYO – between the night of October 17 and the morning of October 19.
Anyone with information or who may have seen Paul or his car in the Carlisle west area, specifically the Yewdale, Sandsfield Park and Burgh Road areas, is asked to contact officers.
