Vandals Damage Rabbie Burns’ Final Resting Place

Between 4pm and 6pm on Tuesday 25th March 2025, damage was caused to the Burns Mausoleum within the graveyard at St. Michael’s Church, St. Michael’s Street, Dumfries.
This Mausoleum is a significant part of the history of Robert Burns in Dumfries and given his status as Scotland’s National Bard, any information about this crime would be appreciated.
