Walk Like A Man is the ultimate celebration of the band that gave us this musical legacy and showcases, not only their individual vocal harmony style, but also their slick dance moves and the show is coming to Easterbrook Hall in Dumfries in April,
The 1950’s American rock n roll revolution was spearheaded by Frankie, Nick, Tommy and Bob, the original Four Seasons! America’s answer to the British pop invasion, Frankie and the boys created some of the greatest rock n roll songs of a generation. Pumping out classics such as Big Girls Don’t Cry, Sherry, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You and many many more.
Multi award winning fan favourite Walk Like A Man has been reclaiming its rightful place in theatres around the country and at the helm is one of Frankie Valli’s favourite actors to play the role.
“Mark Halliday (creator of Walk Like A Man) and I met performing together on the original Jersey Boys show at The Prince Edward theatre in London back in 2013 and after a really successful run performing in the West End I am really excited to be joining this successful homage to the show.”
Says Michael of his time in the Jersey Boys show “I was deeply honoured when Frankie Valli himself said that I was one of his favourites to play the role of Frankie and that the London production was the best production of the show in the world. Now I can’t wait to bring that experience and joy of this music to theatres around the country.
I have watched Walk Like A Man perform for years and the slick choreography and incredible vocals is second to none, so I can’t wait to jo in the group and take the show to the next level in theatres all over the country.”
