Raise the Roof Productions, makers of Channel 4’s Love It or List It with Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer and have been recommissioned to make a second series of ‘My Mortgage Free’ Home with Amanda Lamb for HGTV.
The series follows expert property presenter Amanda Lamb who will show a family how they could live mortgage free if they sell their existing home, pay off their mortgage, cash in their equity and move to a property funded on their equity alone. Each programme will feature a family longing for a lifestyle change, desperate for a new, more rural life, with enough equity in their current home to afford a new house that more closely matches their dream of a mortgage free life.
