Guild of Players Film Night: Dirty Dancing
The Guild of Players are set to host another film night following the success of their 2024 screening of South Pacific. This time, they will be showing the iconic 1987 film Dirty Dancing, this 80s classic that has captured the hearts of audiences since its release.

Set in the summer of 1963, Dirty Dancing follows 17-year-old Frances “Baby” Houseman, who is vacationing with her family at a resort in the Catskills. There, she is drawn to the staff quarters by the music and meets Johnny Castle, a charming and skilled dance instructor. As Baby becomes involved in Johnny’s world of dance, a close bond forms between them, leading to a life-changing summer of romance, self-discovery, and unforgettable dance routines.
