Tickets, vouchers and special VIP packages for January’s nine-day Big Burns Supper in Dumfries offer the chance to enjoy everything from The Bay City Rollers, The Beat, Black Grape, Eddi Reader, Jason Byrne, The Treacherous Orchestra through to award winning Scottish cabaret from Le Haggis.

Graham Main, Big Burns Supper Artistic Director, said: “When the turkey’s finished and the last cracker has been pulled, our tickets and vouchers mean that people have got something really special to look forward to.
“We’ve found that people really love getting great nights out hearing superb bands, enjoying great comedy or watching top cabaret acts as Christmas gifts – it means so much more than another DVD or CD.
“And we’ve also found that businesses are looking for an alternative to the usual Christmas meals or parties. A lot of staff would rather wait to do something really fun and memorable in January – especially if it’s a way to celebrate Burns Night.”
This year BBS is offering vouchers from £10 upwards – which can be used for event tickets and which can also be used at the bar.
For the first time it is also introducing Posh Seats and, for those who really want a night to remember there are VIP Hospitality Booths.
The Posh Seats (priced at £32.50) offer allocated seating at your own table, with waiter service, in the premier section of the festival’s fabulous mirror-lined Spiegeltent venue.
The luxury VIP Hospitality Booths are for eight people (priced at £425) and give:
