Youth Beatz – Is it your time to Shine?
This year, Scotland’s biggest Free Youth Music Event, Youth Beatz, is offering local performers the chance to perform in front of 12,000 people on their main stages at both Youth Beatz and the Youth Beatz Fringe this Summer.
Youth Beatz, now in its seventh year, will once again be the highlight of the calendar year for young people throughout Dumfries and Galloway, and with the addition of top local talent, will build on the fantastic success of previous years.
Provost Ted Thompson, Chair of Nithsdale Area Committee said;
“This is a fantastic opportunity for the many talented individuals within the Nithsdale to perform to an audience of 12,000. Youth Beatz and the Youth Beatz Fringe will be the ideal platform to promote their work and hopefully act as a springboard for them to advance their careers and dreams”
Thomas Nicoll from the Events Team said;
“We know that there are loads of really talented groups and individuals in Dumfries and Galloway and we want to give them the chance to perform alongside the top UK artists who will be headlining the event in front of a crowd of 12,000 people at our Youth Beatz and Youth Beatz Fringe this year”
