HAVE You ever visited the Soaperie Gardens in the middle of Kirkcudbright? Did you know that the gardens contain 64 trees comprised of 36 different species and varieties?
Kirkcudbright Rotary has now published a guide to these trees in the form of a leaflet showing the position of each tree on a site plan and its identity. The leaflet, which is free of charge, is published for the enjoyment of the public and can be obtained from the Tourist Information Office, the Stewartry Museum and the new Kirkcudbright Art Gallery.
