C&D Auction Marts held their Weekly Sale of Primestock in Dumfries.
Primes sold to 310p/kg for limousin x heifers consigned by J. Jardine, Yett to Annan Butchers, R Johnstone & Sons.
OTM’s number tight, buyers request greater numbers.
Dairy cows of all classes met a competitive trade selling to 208p/kg for a fleckvieh from Slacks. Holstein cows to £1819.05 Conheath
Beef cows comprised a plain show to 189p/kg for Angus cows from Keyla Park and Whitehill and to £1370.25 Whitehill.
