381 head were presented to an active ringside of buyers with trade continuing to please for a show of mainly forward cattle.

At Dumfries Auctions Marts Fortnightly Sale of calves, a small but good quality show of young rearing calves were presented. Prices echoed the high cost in feed prices but quality sorts easily maintained a sound trade throughout, in keeping with the rest of the country.
Crochmore Farming Ltd showed a quality consignment of AAX calves topping (twice) with good bull calves.
