The largest show of the season so far was met with a steady trade throughout. Topping the sale at 305ppk was the champion lambs on the day 3 Charolais cross lambs from Messrs Wilson West Barmoffity, with the top price per head being the reserve champion lambs a pen of 3 Beltex lambs at £128 per head from Gelston Castle Farms.
Cast sheep were was dear as seen for a long time, topping at £161 for Texel ewes from Gelston castle, Scotch mules sold to £125 from Shirmers with Blackface ewes to £107 from Knockiebae.
