STORE LAMBS
Store cattle were a strong trade with buyers from Warwick to Aberdeen in attendance.
Wallets Marts Castle Douglas sold 739 Store and OTM cattle
Bullocks topped £1550 for Limousin bullocks from Messrs McMicking, Miltonise and 306ppk for Charolais bullocks from Messrs Mair, Bargatton and 201 heifers topped at £1490 for Charolais from Messrs Borthwick, Shangan and to 290ppk for Charolais from Messrs Mair, Bargatton
52 Store lambs topped at £119 for Texels from Messrs Thomson, Nether Corsock.
Trade for OTM was absolutely outstanding selling to £2111.10 for British Blue from Messrs Robb, Trolane and 241ppk for Limousin from Nether Barr.
