Primary School Table Tennis Festival – Results
Over 60 P5 pupils attended the 2nd Annual Table Tennis Festival at Dumfries Table Tennis Club last week.
The Festival, organised by Dumfries and Galloway Council in partnership with Dumfries Table Tennis Club, rounded off a full term of table tennis activities which saw over 220 pupils from 15 Nithsdale Primary Schools receiving 3-week blocks of table tennis either in their schools or at Dumfries Table Tennis Club.
Sports leaders from Dumfries Academy did a fantastic job of umpiring the games throughout the day-long event which saw everyone who took part receiving a certificate.

1st- Cargenbridge 1st- St Teresa’s
2nd- St Teresa’s 2nd-Holywood
3rd – Troqueer 3rd- Cargenbridge
The winning teams all received a medal and the winners received a shield.
