Ride the beautiful countryside of Dumfries and Galloway on roads with little traffic compared to most of the UK. Event proceeds will be shared equally between :
CTC Dumfries and Galloway Members Group to promote cycling in the region, and Dalbeattie Community Initiative to support the Blair Youth Centre in Dalbeattie town centre which is run entirely by volunteers.

Start/Finish – Blair Centre, John Street, Dalbeattie, DG5 4JJ
Routes Out and Back – 24km (15 miles), entry Fee £5, route summary Dalbeattie, Palnackie, Gelston, Screel, Dalbeattie.
Round the Loch – 80km (50 miles), entry fee £15, route summary Dalbeattie, Haugh of Urr, Castle Douglas, Laurieston, New Galloway, Balmaclellan, Corsock, Crocketford, Milton, Haugh of Urr, Dalbeattie.
Up Country – 120km (75 miles), entry fee £20, route summary, as Round the Loch to New Galloway, then Cairsphairn, Knowehead, Dalry to re-join the Round the Loch route at Balmaclellan.
If entrant is under 18 years old, parent or guardian must sign a consent form at Registration on the day of the event. Unaccompanied juniors under 16 years can not be accepted.
Start Times – 9am to 10.30am for Long and Medium routes. 10.30am for Short route.
Registration – will open at 8am and close 15 minutes before the final departure time for your chosen route. Please be aware that HQ closes at 16.30.
All routes will be signed and marshalled at key junctions. Feed stop(s) on Medium and Long routes. Tea/coffee etc., sandwiches and home baking on return. Timed certificates for all finishers on the day. Toilets, changing rooms and showers available.
Paper route cards with an emergency phone number will be available at Registration on the day.
