Dumfries Y Gymnastics performance dance team “Limitless” travelled to Paisley on Saturday 2nd November for Sapphire Gymnastics 12th Birthday Festival.
Limitless is made up of 16 gymnasts aged 8-12 who train weekly at our Dumfries facility and attend competitions locally and nationally throughout the year. They are choreographed and trained by professional dance duo Jayd and Jenna Flager.
With an all new line up for 2024 and some gymnasts competing for the very first time, they wowed the audience and the judges with their fantastic original routine “Sweet Dreams”.
The team were absolutely delighted to walk away with the Third Place trophy in the Junior section.
A special mention also for Amanda Macionis who won the individual Straddle Level Hold competition.
Head Coach Steven McKinnel said “Thank you to everyone for bringing such incredible energy, and a massive thank you to Jayd and Jenna for the stunning choreography that made it all possible.”
